'angsr131.exe' is a self extracting archive of the source files and
related auxilary files for the 1.31 update of PC Angband.  This update
fixes a few problems in last week's 1.3 release of PC Angband.

  'angsr131.exe' is a binary file, so you should make sure that ftp
transfers it in binary mode (on most ftp systems, you can do this by
typing 'binary' once you've connected to the other system).

  To extract the sources, cd to whatever directory you want them to
unpack to, and then simply type 'angsr131'.  It may prompt you if you
want to create subdirectories (I forget if it does so); if it asks,
just say 'y'.
