The Belgian national railways company SNCB
A second generation Bombardier TRAXX locomotive rented from Alpha Trains and running for SNCB, the Belgian state
railways as their class E186.

These locomotives are still the most modern ones that SNCB has. They are called by SNCB as HLE 18 or class 18, by their manufacturer Siemens
as EuroSprinter ES60U3 and in Germany they are listed as Baureihe 190, although that "name" is seldomly used. They are precursors of the later
Siemens Vectron models. It is a 200 km/h fast multiple electric system locomotive which can run with 3 kV DC, 1500 V DC or 25 kV 50Hz AC (but not
with the German 15 kV AC current). This picture is from a situation where five of these locomotives were being transported from their manufacturer
Siemens to Belgium brand new and being towed by a private small diesel locomotive.
