This is an update for msh_util.zip. It contains improvements for
the cp, mv and rm-Utilities (e.g. allow formatting of drive a:/b: 
if disk isn't formatted yet) and a whole set of msh-scripts with
a lot of bugs removed, Norton-Commander-feeling  and new features 
added (e.g. full support of zip-files (copy from/to, view/edit 
file inside archive with support of internal paths inside zip-
archives (code for arj- and lzh-files as well, but support of 
arj-files is a feature o release 2.1 of msh (I'm a betatester) 
and lzh-support is still in planning status).

Original info of first release:

This file contains some utilities and code for the Michel-Shell
(msh20.zip). The code is all mine and definitely public domain.
