SWPUTILS.ZIP    Does vertical/horizontal text file extractions

This programs (Modify, Tail, Head, Lines, Fields) will allow you to do
partial extractions of a file. All programs can work as filters.  You
can select a set of lines, a set of columns or even a set of fields
separated by arbitrary delimiters, you also can insert data at a
column, delete leading, trailing and repeated blanks or convert the
file to upper or lower case.
