Running make should create "lynx2html".

lynx2html by default accepts a filename and converts the content
to html with URL's fully referenced.

use:
 lynx2html -lf "FILENAME" > newfile
to convert an existing "FILENAME" to HTML. The -lf removes
carrage returns that would normally be put in.

the script "lynxgate" is used to make lynx2html into a data conversion
server. Put lynxgate into /etc/inetd.conf and modify /etc/services.

This description file is terrible, so if anyone actually uses this
feel free to send me questions via email.
