(Followups set to rgif)

There has been frequent discussion on the two newsgroups, rgif and
raif about the dearth of feedback on many of the larger IF games that
people write. For competition games, even though they're smaller
(indeed, perhaps BECAUSE they are smaller), many more people write
reviews and offer feedback. I've read far more reviews of "Shade",
for instance, than I have of "Anchorhead."

To attempt to address this issue, I would like to start a site
that is specifically for reviews, and which will pay review writers
for the privilege of hosting their reviews.
