I don't know if anyone still happens to have a copy of this lying around,
but....

A little while ago, I sold the NeXT that I had been doing all of my IF
development on when I was actively developing back in 1992 or so.
Unfortunately, as I discovered when I tried to get back into IF a little
while ago, the gzipped tar archive containing all of my IF work that I
transfered off to another machine got corrupted, and my only backup
contains older code with some major bugs that it took me a good while
to fix. Are any of the alpha testers that I sent early copies of my
"newstd" library and "advent" port still around, and if so, would you
mind sending me a copy? *sigh*

(The "newstd" library for ADVSYS is a replacement for the "standard.adi"
library with many enhancements. It implements most of what now seems
to be in WorldClass (usually in a very different way), with a few neat
extras like support for point of view shifting. Or, at least, it *would*
if I had a working copy of it.... :-( )

(And yes, all of the work that I did on ADVSYS 1.5 is gone, too....)
